This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you (“Customer,” “you”) may request a return, exchange, or cancellation for orders placed on our platform.

1. Returns and Exchanges

1.1 Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

·       The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

·       All tags, packaging, and materials are intact.

·       The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect as per your order.

Please note: Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to lighting, photography, or display differences are not considered defects.

Items not eligible for return or exchange:

·       Products marked as final sale, discounted, or clearance.

·       Gift cards and gift items.

·       Customized or personalized products.

·       Combo packs, bundled offers, or mystery boxes.

·       International orders — all international sales are final and non-returnable.

1.2 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

Clear photographs (if applicable)

1.3 Pickup & Exchange Fulfilment (UAE)

·       Upon approval, a reverse pickup will be arranged within 2–3 business days.

·       If reverse pickup is not available in your location, please self-ship the item within 5 days of approval to the following address:

We do not charge any return or pickup fees for approved returns within the UAE.

1.4 Exchange Terms

·       You may exchange your item for any available product on our website.

·       If the new item costs more, you will be asked to pay the price difference.

·       If it costs less, the balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

Each item is eligible for only one return or exchange. Items received in exchange are not eligible for further return or exchange.

2. Cancellations

2.1 Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team at info@orchidelegance.shop

Approved cancellations will be fully refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

2.2 After Shipment

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

2.3 Cancellation by Orchid Elegance

We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion due to product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be processed promptly.

3. Refunds

·       Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes our quality inspection.

·       Refunds are made to the original payment method used during purchase.

·       Customers may opt to receive store credit, valid for 3 months, instead of a monetary refund.

·       Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

·       In case of unauthorized returns, a 30% restocking fee may apply.

4. Limitation of Liability

·       Orchid Elegance’s total liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product.

Orchid Elegance shall not be held responsible for any delays, disruptions, or failures in service caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation delays, labor strikes, pandemics, or civil unrest.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
